Orders will be confirmed and executed only after the full payment,
according to the actual value of the order.
Inclusive of packaging and delivery within 20 kms from mapusa, goa. a
charge of rs. 60 will be levied for every subsequent 10 kms.
Normally orders received before 12.00 noon [indian time] can be delivered
on the same day. orders received after 12.00 noon will be delivered subject to
the following day. we always strive to do its best to deliver at the specified
time. however, there may be rare occasions when this cannot be accomplished
due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions, weather
conditions, general strikes etc.
Delivery schedule varies between same day delivery to delivery within
three business days depending on the destination city or town. in all major
cities we can deliver on the same day and within three business days in all
other places.
Eternal expressions will not accept responsibility for late or
non-delivery of flowers due to the circumstances such as incorrect telephone
numbers / addresses or if the recipient is not present at the time of
delivery.
No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery. however the amount paid
can be applied against a future order within three months the then prevailing
cost.
The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the actual products
delivered will be similar and may not be exact replicas as these items are
hand-made and can vary. however, in all such cases the quantity specified in
the order will be provided as desired.
Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence
there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the
availability of the gift items.
For delivery of gift items to wedding ceremonies/ marriage halls, we may
not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of
non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. however, we shall ensure
that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. also, if
possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order
confirmation mail.
Should a particular item be out of stock, eternalexpressions.net reserves
the right to replace it with an item of equivalent value.
All the information required to process the order will be treated
confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
The customer promises that the information provided to eternal expressions
is true, correct and accurate. the customer also agrees to pay all charges
incurred by them and users of your account and credit cards or other payment
